| These are all the fun events that we're having throughout this year to celebrate the 75th anniversary of Spotsylvania High School. The 75th anniversary tailgate party will kick it off October 2 at 5pm. We will be featuring McCoy's BBQ for dinner before the game. It's just $15 and it includes dinner and a ticket to get into the game. Find us on Facebook: SpotsyHigh75 Hope to see some of you there. |

| I want to share with all our classmates just a few thoughts! I know we are all challenged in our daily lives with things we could have never imagined we would face.. I know from personal experience 2013 was an extremely challenging year for many of us.. We are all handling what we need to and need a break from time to time!! What better way to give your selves a break and get away for a couple of days than to join in on celebrating the class of 1979 35th reunion.. Come out visit, play, relax and socialize.. it is good for the mind body and soul to recharge your batteries from time to time.. I have decided its time to play and will seek opportunities to do so!! I encourage each and every one of our classmates to come out and PLAY!!!! Now I hear some saying in their heads I have gotten Old or I am a little over weight or I just am reluctant because I don't know how others will react, or have not so pleasant memories of high school... You know what I'm Getting Old! I am very much still over weight and yes I confess I gained a few of the hard lost pounds back in the last year due to stress and I am a little concerned about my pant size but you know what... It does not matter.. I am still me and I love me and enjoy sharing me with the people in my life... So it's all good we are who we are and the people in our lives love us just like we are... NO EXCUSES COME OUT AND PLAY IT IS NEVER TOO LATE FOR RECESS!!! I CALL RECESS!!!! MUAH to you ALL!!!!!! |

| Wonderful time seeing everyone and I must say...the Class of '79 sure was and is filled with beautiful women & handsome men. What a wonderful time!! Awesome job Committee members. (PS: to Gary....the only thing I remember you recording was the singing that night - Now you have me worried what may end up on You Tube - LOL. It was greating seeing you!) |
