Roe grew up in a large Catholic family and he was one of eight children. Roe spent six years in the Navy and he built a career around and within the HVAC industry where he excelled. He was highly regarded for this technical expertise and strong work ethic.

Roe’s trademark quick, sharp sense of humor will be missed by all who knew and love him. He was deeply devoted to his kids and when he wasn’t at work he enjoyed spending time with them. Roe loved most sports and especially loved to fish. In his younger years, he could somewhat accurately swing a golf club.

Survivors include his wife, Adrienne; six children Amanda Riegel (James) of Richmond, Samantha Bott (David) of Raleigh, N.C., Bobby Enfinger, Molly Enfinger, both from Norfolk, Lilly Enfinger and Silas Enfinger, both from Locust Grove; he was gifted with a granddaughter early last year, Madelynn Elizabeth Bott of Raleigh, N.C.; siblings Deborah Larkins of Virginia Beach, Lynne Millholland of Richmond, Donna Kopf (Peter) of Virginia Beach, Jill Ezzell of Spotsylvania, Fred Enfinger (Robin) of Stafford, and Jennifer Jarrell (Rick) of Spotsylvania; he also leaves behind countless nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. He was preceded in death by his father Robert O. Enfinger, Sr., his mother Barbara M. Enfinger, his sister Susan K. Enfinger, and his brother-in-law Anthony C. Ezzell.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, February 3 at Covenant Funeral Service, Fredericksburg. A Mass will take place at 10 am on Monday, February 4 at St. Matthew Catholic Church in Spotsylvania. Interment will follow the service in Oak Hill Cemetery.
